Depending on the internship and schedule, join selected field activities, site visits, tours, or educational projects outside the office.
Assist with tour preparation, guest communication, scheduling, and day-to-day tourism operations.

Personal Qualities
An internship with Nomadic is designed to give you practical experience alongside your academic background. What you learn will depend on your role, interests, and the projects available during your stay.
Internship length can be discussed based on school requirements and the type of placement.
Interns are generally responsible for arranging their own accommodation unless otherwise agreed.
Hours may vary depending on office work, tours, field activities, and project needs.
Depending on the internship, transport to certain activities may be arranged or discussed in advance.
English or Dutch is recommended. Some activities may also involve local languages or communities.
Any costs, allowances, or compensation should be discussed before the internship begins.
Most work will be coordinated from Paramaribo, but selected activities may take place elsewhere in Suriname.
Students should provide internship guidelines, learning objectives, and required documents from their school or university.
Tell us a little about your studies, interests, preferred internship period, and what you hope to learn or contribute. We’ll review your application and get back to you about the possibilities.
