1. Introduction

Welcome to Nomadic Suriname. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platform, and all tours, travel services, experiences, and related offerings provided by Nomadic Suriname (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Traveler,” “Guest,” or “Client”) and Nomadic Suriname.

2. Company Role

Nomadic Suriname operates as a tour organizer and, in some instances, as an agent for third-party service providers including but not limited to:

  • Lodges and accommodations

  • Transportation providers (boats, vehicles, flights)

  • Local guides

  • Activity operators

  • Cultural hosts

Certain components of your travel experience may be delivered by independent suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, these third parties operate under their own management and policies.

3. Booking and Acceptance

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • A deposit or full payment has been received; and

  • You receive a written confirmation from Nomadic Suriname.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion prior to confirmation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during booking (including names, passport details, dietary requirements, and medical disclosures) is accurate and complete.

Incorrect information may result in additional charges, denied services, or travel disruptions.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency stated on the website or invoice. Prices may be subject to change due to:

  • Government taxes or fees

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Supplier cost adjustments

Once a booking is confirmed and deposit received, the agreed price is locked unless additional services are added.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your confirmation.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment methods as listed on our website. Payment processing fees, where applicable, may be passed on to the client.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the traveler are subject to our published Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where applicable, depend on:

  • Timing of cancellation

  • Supplier policies

  • Administrative costs

No refunds are provided for unused services once a tour has commenced.

Nomadic Suriname reserves the right to cancel a tour due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

6. Changes and Modifications
